Shipping Methods and Carriers
- We ship all orders via DHL, providing fast, reliable, and fully trackable international delivery.
- In some cases, we may ship orders through the Serbian national postal service as an alternative method.
- For international deliveries sent by post, your package will typically be transferred to your country’s local postal provider (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post) upon arrival.
- Tracking information is provided for all DHL shipments and whenever available for postal deliveries, depending on the destination country.
- We reserve the right to use a different courier service at our discretion if standard delivery to a particular destination is not available or practical.

Processing Time
- Most of our products are available on a preorder basis. Each product page will display the expected shipping month (e.g., “Expected to ship in November”).
- Once the preorder period ends and production is complete, we begin shipping all orders accordingly.

- In-stock items: If a product is marked as in stock, it will ship within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary by destination. As a guideline, international deliveries may take between 7–21 business days. Actual times depend on customs clearance and destination-specific factors.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Our products are produced and shipped from Serbia (Europe)
- International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Customers are responsible for any such charges incurred during importation.
- If a customer refuses to accept or collect the package due to high customs fees or lack of awareness about such charges, no refund will be issued.
- Orders abandoned in customs or unclaimed within the carrier’s holding period will also not be refunded.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Introduction

At Musclemontage, we want every order to arrive in perfect condition. Each product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our workshop. While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, we’ll gladly replace your item if it arrives damaged or defective.

To make sure we can resolve any issue quickly and fairly, please follow these steps:

-Record a continuous, unedited video from the moment you show the unopened parcel through the full unboxing, clearly showing any damage.

-Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your video and order details.

Official Terms

No Refunds for Non-Defective Products
-Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, customer ordering error, subjective dissatisfaction, or any reason unrelated to proven transit damage or manufacturing defect.

Eligibility for Replacement
-A replacement of the same product will be issued only where:
a) The item is proven to have sustained damage during transit or contains a manufacturing defect.
b) The customer provides the required video evidence as described above.
c) The claim is submitted within 24 hours of recorded delivery, as confirmed by the tracking system.

Exclusions

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, environmental factors, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.

Claims without proper video evidence, or where footage is incomplete, edited, or unclear, will be rejected.

If you refuse or fail to collect your package due to customs fees or lack of awareness about them, your order will not be refunded.

Orders abandoned in customs or unclaimed within the carrier’s holding period are considered non-refundable.

Remedy

Approved claims will be remedied exclusively through replacement shipment of the same product. If a replacement product is not available, a monetary refund will be issued.

Final Decision

Musclemontage retains sole discretion in determining claim validity and reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.
