Refund & Replacement Policy

Introduction

At Musclemontage, we want every order to arrive in perfect condition. Each product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our workshop. While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, we’ll gladly replace your item if it arrives damaged or defective.

To make sure we can resolve any issue quickly and fairly, please follow these steps:

1. Record a continuous, unedited video from the moment you show the unopened parcel through the full unboxing, clearly showing any damage.

2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your video and order details.

 

Official Terms

1. No Refunds for Non-Defective Products

   • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, customer ordering error, subjective dissatisfaction, or any reason unrelated to proven transit damage or manufacturing defect.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

   • A replacement of the same product will be issued only where:
     a) The item is proven to have sustained damage during transit or contains a manufacturing defect.
     b) The customer provides the required video evidence as described above.
     c) The claim is submitted within 24 hours of recorded delivery, as confirmed by the tracking system.

3. Exclusions

   • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, environmental factors, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.

   • Claims without proper video evidence, or where footage is incomplete, edited, or unclear, will be rejected.

   • If you refuse or fail to collect your package due to customs fees or lack of awareness about them, your order will not be refunded.

   • Orders abandoned in customs or unclaimed within the carrier’s holding period are considered non-refundable.

4. Remedy

   • Approved claims will be remedied exclusively through replacement shipment of the same product. If a replacement product is not available, a monetary refund will be issued.

5. Final Decision

   • Musclemontage retains sole discretion in determining claim validity and reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.
