Welcome to Musclemontage. We ship internationally and strive to deliver your order promptly while ensuring safe and secure packaging for your items.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
- We ship all orders via DHL, providing fast, reliable, and fully trackable international delivery.
- In some cases, we may ship orders through the Serbian national postal service as an alternative method.
- For international deliveries sent by post, your package will typically be transferred to your country’s local postal provider (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post) upon arrival.
- Tracking information is provided for all DHL shipments and whenever available for postal deliveries, depending on the destination country.
- We reserve the right to use a different courier service at our discretion if standard delivery to a particular destination is not available or practical.
Processing Time
- Most of our products are available on a preorder basis. Each product page will display the expected shipping month (e.g., “Expected to ship in November”).
- Once the preorder period ends and production is complete, we begin shipping all orders accordingly.
- In-stock items: If a product is marked as in stock, it will ship within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary by destination. As a guideline, international deliveries may take between 7–21 business days. Actual times depend on customs clearance and destination-specific factors.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Our products are produced and shipped from Serbia (Europe)
- International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Customers are responsible for any such charges incurred during importation.
- If a customer refuses to accept or collect the package due to high customs fees or lack of awareness about such charges, no refund will be issued.
- Orders abandoned in customs or unclaimed within the carrier’s holding period will also not be refunded.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- Please inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged or missing, contact our support team within 24 hours with photos and details.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve issues promptly.
